10 Week granfondo plan

This Training Plan is an 10 week plan designed to build up fitness for a Gran-fondo of 80km or more. Some previous fitness base is necessary to fine tune your riding in preparation for a long day in the saddle. This efficient plan takes you through 2 build phases, and a short taper for the event.

12 week winter Base Builder

This program is designed for riders who are looking to develop fitness for riding in the spring but live in a climate where they can't ride outside during the winter. This plan combines structured trainer workouts, outdoor cross training, and a periodized strength training program. The winter will fly by!
